On the road again
Chosen for the Pastel Society exhibition at the Mall Galleries from 21st Feb. 2017. Large framed pastel on black paper, shapes and forms reminiscent of buildings plants and every day objects.

Another large pastel on the theme of lifes journey. this was one of a series of pastels made in early 2016 based on memory and inspired by music. the work is intuitive and organic, one mark leads to another and changes the balance of the work. while I'm making it I'm glorying in the use of color.
